What more I like of the annual auction of Spanish art of Christie's Madrid is that it is a perfect shop window to know and to visit the work of some artists again. The today case there are the lots of painting and drawing of Óscar Domínguez, the painter of Tenerife who died too young, perhaps.
The pictures that we will see next belong mostly of beginnings of the 40s, when the painter moves away from André Breton and from surrealism, but that somehow stays like translucent trace in his work.
